Ship helps product teams collect feedback from Slack and Linear, identify patterns using AI, and prioritize what to build. We provide tools to organize signals into opportunities and hand them off to development.
Ship offers paid plans billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Polar. We don't store your payment details.
Your data belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ship connects to third-party services like Slack and Linear. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party service availability.

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may update or change features as Ship evolves.
Ship is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
